ANU Za Kabuki ANU ZA KABUKI is the southern hemisphere's oldest Kabuki troupe.

We are based in the Australian National University, and we perform traditional Japanese theatre to an Australian audience. The ANU Za Kabuki production group has performed kabuki (Japanese traditional theatre) annually for over 30 years. ANU Za Kabuki is made up of mostly ANU students studying Japanese or Japan-related courses and exchange students.
