Lovegrass - Help Stop the Spread

Late this afternoon, a few community members from the inner north, continued the great w**ding effort started earlier in the week at the Ainslie IGA. Although the African Lovegrass spread in Ainslie is disheartning, the w**d is yet to establish in this beautiful suburb and there is still time to stop the spread in Ainslie, and the broader inner north. Many hands will make light work.

This Sunday 14 Jan, come along to a session on how to identify the w**d, 10.30am-11am near the 13th Canberra Scout Group Hall, O'Connor (Corner Hovea Street and MacArthur Ave)

Wonderful work on African Lovegrass reduction program at the Cantor Crescent Woodland a couple of days ago. Well done on the inroads, Higgins Landcare Group, despite the slow progress.

We had a really pleasant couple of hours working on our African Lovegrass reduction program. Slow progress however we are making inroads. Visible results! Thanks everyone
