The team that brings you Canberräng has been working hard on something else this year… our workshop weekend the Jumptown Jam! Join us 8-10 May for a weekend of workshops, social dancing, competitions and more. Here’s what to expect from the Jam this year:

Trust us, this is the only way to end the Canberräng weekend! Note that we’re not at The Loft this year but in the Oak Room. It’s also upstairs at The Duxton, but the entrance is off Macpherson Street via the door in this photo.

Who loved Seydurah last night??! We’ve got one final opportunity to hear her sing and it’s coming up this afternoon at the winery! This is always a highlight of the weekend and we’re pretty sure today is going to be one for the books with this incredible vocalist taking the stage!

🎺 The bus leaves again at 5pm and will drop you back at the Canberra City (Civic) Bus Interchange at 5:50pm, and the Old Bus Depot Markets Kingston at 6pm.

At Canberräng, we’re proud to showcase incredible headline acts from across Australia and around the world — but just as importantly, we’re deeply grateful for the local legends who help bring these performances to life.

They’re the unsung heroes who make it possible to share world-class musicians like Jonno Zilber, Jessie Gordon, Georgia Brooks, Hetty Kate, Leah Barker, Professor Cunningham, Liam Budge, Taylor Swift (just checking if you’re still reading 😉), Gordon Webster — and now Seydurah Avecmoi — right here on your doorstep.

Breaking news! 📣 As if this year’s line up wasn’t already spectacular enough, we can now announce that Eamon McNelis and the Skellingtons will be joined by none other than… Andrew Dickeson!🔥

One of the country’s leading jazz drummers, he’s renowned for getting dancers on the floor and keeping them there. We’re so excited to have him back at Canberräng this year!

He’ll be playing with Eamon McNelis and the Skellingtons (and our incredible vocalists of course) on Saturday afternoon at Gold Creek Station, Saturday night at Albert Hall, and Sunday afternoon at the winery.
