Omni Pathways is a not-for-profit organisation founded and supported by the leadership team and staff of Omni Executive - a private Canberra based firm where 90% of employees are veterans. We understand the competing demands that veterans often face when transitioning into a civilian employment; we have been there. We have established relationships with key businesses and industry sectors which ha
ve access to the membership data base. We meet our costs by a negotiated fee paid by the business which employs a veteran placed through Omni Pathways. Omni Pathways collaborates and networks with like-minded service organisations who seek to get veterans into employment; it is not in competition with any other employment service. We are not just for veterans transitioning from the ADF; we can help the many veterans who are already working but may be looking for that next opportunity. Our aim is to support veterans by helping them find a new and secure path to meaningful employment as well as supporting them in other areas that they may find challenging. This support will continue until the veteran has made a successful transition into employment. Importantly, we will assist employers in finding the best available talent by tapping into a rich source of candidates.
