PARLIAMENT HOUSE LAWNS

Despite receiving over 4500 submissions to the inquiry, against the advice of the Human Rights Commission, and flying in the face of the disability community, the NDIS Amendment Bill is set to pass Parliament this week.

Join us at Parliament House, in solidarity with the disability community, to show we won't stand for this.

We will not sit here in silence while our rights are given away and sacrificed for weapons and nuclear submarines.

UPDATED LOCATION

Due to a competing event in Garema Place, we are now rallying at Petrie Plaza (in front of the carousel).
We are still in Canberra Civic, only a few metres away from the original location.
Accessibility info, maps and march route will be posted the day before the rally.

Can't make it on the weekend?
We know that not everyone can make it to a rally in person.

You can fill out this form to send us your name or a pseudonym. We will write these names on a placard to march with on the day, as a 'missing persons' list.

You can also message the page if you would like to contribute a statement to be read out by the rally chair.

We will do our best to organise a livestream so you can still take part virtually on the day - stay tuned for details of this.
