We’re excited to welcome new participants into our WEST Project Strength Training Program!
This is a free 10-week program designed to support survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse through strength training, connection, and confidence-building.
Our program is open to all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting out or have training experience. Sessions are led by qualified female strength coaches who create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where you can feel comfortable and empowered.

• Guided strength training sessions
• Supportive community and coaching
