Your feedback drives real change.

In our 2026 Tenant Survey, maintenance follow-up was a clear theme where tenants told us we can do better. We hear you, and we're taking action.

Here's what we're doing:
🧰 Strengthening our maintenance triage processes so issues are prioritised and addressed faster.
🔧 Expanding our contractor management pool to improve response capacity.
👷‍♀️ Improving close-out processes so tenants are kept informed from start to finish.

We're committed to getting this right. Thank you for holding us accountable and helping us improve the experience for all CHC tenants.

The CHC Allstars showed up for Karinya House's Walk for Hope 👟💛

Our team joined the community to help raise funds for women experiencing domestic violence and disadvantage while pregnant or parenting. It was a great morning walking for a cause that means a lot to us and to the Canberra community.

Thank you to everyone who supported our team and to Karinya House for the important work you do every day, giving women and their children the safety, hope and home they deserve.

For over 40 years, Karinya House has been a safe place for women who are pregnant or parenting a newborn and facing domestic violence or disadvantage. No woman should face that journey alone, and every dollar raised on the day helps make sure she doesn't have to.
