P&C AGM + general meeting is on tomorrow night kicking off at 7.15pm. Link below if you're joining online 👇 you can also come along in person at the school.

We like to keep things low-key and respectful of everyone’s time, no long-winded marathons, just the important stuff and a chance to stay connected.

We do need to fill a couple of key roles this year, specifically Secretary and Treasurer, so if you’ve ever thought about getting involved (in a manageable, supported way), this is a great opportunity. Hope to see you there!

📌 A quick reminder that our School P&C AGM is coming up next week, Monday 4th May, we'll post a link to attend online soon.

We are a low-key P&C meeting only a handful of times each year, providing second hand uniform sales and the occasional BBQ at election times. We have some outgoing executive roles vacant that we need filled in order to operate. If you’ve been thinking about getting a little more involved, this is a great place to start. We had a few tech issues at the start of last night's meeting, our apologies to anyone that logged on and couldn't get on. As a result, we decided to hold over filling the executive positions until the next meeting - 4th May at 7.15pm.

We'll look to fill the positions on the Executive (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Officer, Communications Officer and P&C Council Delegate) during that meeting.

If you would like to nominate for one of those positions please let us know by 20 April, you can email [email protected] or send us a PM via this page. We have nominations for the roles of President and Comms, at a minimum, we need to fill the roles of President, Secretary & Treasurer to be a functional organisation.

The P&C is pretty low key; largely we run a few second hand uniform sales a year, which are very popular and of genuine benefit to families. We need only meet four times annually. Getting involved will give you a better feel for the school's overall strategies and methods engaging students and improving results over time.

Reminder! Tonight :)

Importantly, it's time to elect office bearers for 2026. Now's the time to get involved! The MSHS P&C is low key, meeting just twice per term, and our fundraising is second hand uniform sales and the occasional BBQ at election times. Easy peasy!
