It was an honour to be part of the Multicultural Leaders Roundtable, where temporary visa holders, international students and multicultural leaders came together to address the real challenges facing migrant workers.
As a business leader working closely with newly arrived communities, I see every day how critical these conversations are — and how much impact we can create when we collaborate with purpose.
The discussions on workplace exploitation, visa insecurity, housing pressures, social isolation and access to information were powerful — and so were the collective solutions that emerged.
Together, we’re building safer, fairer and more inclusive workplaces for all.
