Eyes for Life Canberra is a service to gain referrals, advice and counselling after diagnosis from your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. Connect to our services anywhere, anytime. Debra has over 30 years of experience providing Outreach services to the vision impaired community. She provides online information, advice, and referrals to appropriate sources to help people who are vision impaired or those that have been recently diagnosed or even those with declining low vision to navigate life and maintain independence

Debra can help explain and explore NDIS, My-Aged Care or Disability Support Pension options and provide guidance around diagnosis, as well as assisting to connect people with appropriate support services. She can also provide information about specific funding pathways, rebates in relation to daily costs, and understanding what support services are available now or in the future.

This service is delivered via phone or online (via Zoom), allowing Debra to support people anywhere across Australia. Please follow the link to book an Outreach 1 hour consultation (at no cost) with Debra and select an available day and one hour time slot. You will be reminded of your Outreach service via SMS the day before your consult.
