FOCUS Toastmasters club members are:

Our club mission is to provide a positive environment of collaborative learning to develop individual communication skills and discover our leadership potential, growing the club on a journey towards personal excellence. We meet from 1845 (1900 start) till 2030 every 1st and 3rd Thursday of every

month. Since we have hybrid meetings, you can join our next meeting either:
• at Meridian (formerly AIDS Action Council), 85 Northbourne Avenue, Turner; or
• via Zoom (reach out at [email protected] for Zoom details). At our meetings, members participate in both prepared and impromptu speaking opportunities. Combined with positive evaluations and suggestions for improvement, these help take the fear out of public speaking. As a guest you will be invited to participate in some speaking opportunities if you wish to do so. You do not need to bring anything to our meetings.
