For decades the Australian Defence Force has operated throughout the Indo Pacific in support of a more peaceful, stable and prosperous region.

In recognition of this critical work, the Albanese Labor Government has announced a new award – the Australian Operational Service Medal Indo-Pacific - to recognise the service of ADF personnel in the region who have completed 30 days of operational service on certain operations in the region.

We're implementing a new approach to veteran hearing services.

Hearing impairment can be life changing, which is why our goal is to make it easier for you to access support for your service-related hearing loss.

Our new Veteran Hearing Services Framework includes:
👉 an updated Audiology Prior Financial Authorisation Request form
👉 updated internal processes aligned with the DVA Wellbeing Framework
👉 FAQs for veterans, families and providers.

The Framework starts from 20 January 2025.

RSL LifeCare Veteran & Family Hubs will be closed from Wednesday 25 December 2024 and re-open on Monday 6 January 2025.
