Our free Men's Support Group is a casual welcoming space. It's breakfast, a yarn, and a room full of blokes who understand. For without change, nothing changes.

October is Mental Health Month and here in Camden, loneliness is one of the quietest crises we see.
Every Wednesday to Friday, our doors at 13 Edward St are open to anyone who needs a safe space, a conversation, or somewhere to simply be. No judgement. No referral needed. No cost.
Over the next month, we're showing you exactly what happens inside a community welfare and drop-in centre, the programs, the people, and the turning points.

Each Friday we host a Men’s Community Breakfast with the support of some wonderful local businesses including Coutts Lawyers and Conveyancers. If you would like to support our weekly Friday program for men, $100 will cover this cost which you could donate as a one off, or become a regular supporter like Coutts who provide the supplies and staff on the day in support of the program. Here's what our pantry needs most this week:
🍝 Bolognese Pasta Sauce 500g
🍝 Creamy Pasta Sauce 500g
🥡 Asian Stir Fry Sauce 500g
🍚 Rice 1kg (white or brown)
🥫 Canned Vegetables 410g (corn, peas, carrots, beetroot, mushrooms or potatoes)
These are the building blocks. A few tins and jars can feed a family for days.
