Friday afternoons at Level Up 🧡🔥 Noor Pathways

Good food, good conversations and a place to simply connect and belong.

This afternoon’s BBQ was about more than just throwing a few snags on the grill. 🌭 We spent time talking about purpose, support, family, mentors, goals and the people who help us along the way.

Sometimes the best conversations happen when everyone’s just hanging out, sharing some food and feeling comfortable enough to be themselves.

Friday afternoons are for closing out the week, reflecting on the wins, resetting and getting ready to do it all again.

From mentoring sessions and meaningful conversations to team reflective practice and everything in between another week of showing up, staying intentional and creating connection with our young people. 🙌

Time to switch off, recharge and enjoy the weekend.

Today our Level Up team came together for Reflective Practice creating space to pause, unpack our work, share perspectives and continue strengthening the way we support young people.

Reflective practice allows our mentors to look beyond what we do and explore why we do it, how we show up, and how we can continue to grow. 💭

Because great mentoring isn’t about having all the answers it’s about staying curious, intentional and willing to learn.

Proud of a team that continues to invest in themselves, each other and, most importantly, the young people we support. 💚
