Nominations are now closed and we are working to have the draw available for Wednesday 10th June. Please note, due to nominations some playing sections have been combined.

📍SET - games officiated by Coach (no umpires)
📍GO, U11s & U12s - all teams must supply a suitably qualified umpire to officiate your games.

📑Information Packs have been emailed to all team registrars

Congratulations to our first Volunteer of the Month, Lainie Hayes from Maleny Netball Association! Lainie was nominated by her club for her dedication to the netball community, which has included coaching for roughly 8 years, serving 7 years as President, umpiring, mentoring players, and running the adult social competition. She still continues to coach and volunteer despite her own daughter no longer playing, which says so much about her passion and commitment to the sport.

Lainie genuinely loves helping netballers grow in confidence and skill, and she is always willing to step in wherever needed. She also goes above and beyond to support families within our netball community who may be doing it tough, quietly organising help and support behind the scenes when it’s needed most.

Found this on another netball page and thought it was TOO important not to share with our members and netball community.

A reminder that many of our umpires are young players themselves.
They are learning, developing, building confidence, and giving back to the game they love.
They won’t always get every decision right, and that’s okay.
What they do deserve is RESPECT, SUPPORT, and ENCOURAGEMENT from players, coaches, officials, and spectators.

Please remember — they can hear the comments from the side line, so keep it positive.

Let’s be an association that SUPPORTS our young umpires and help them grow 💙❤️

Congratulations to all of our Caloundra athletes who represented the Sunshine Coast at the Queensland Representative School State Championships, held from 28 May to 1 June at Nissan Arena.

We were proud to have many Caloundra players competing across both junior and senior divisions, achieving outstanding results and earning representative honours.

Junior Representatives:

- Lusea, Alani , Elsie and Harper competed in the U12 division, helping the Sunshine Coast team achieve an impressive 2nd place overall.
- Lusea and Alani were selected for the Queensland team – a fantastic achievement.
- Alani was also awarded Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the Sunshine Coast team.
- Ivy competed in the 10–11 years division, with the team finishing 4th overall.

Senior Representatives:

- Bridget and her team secured an outstanding 3rd place in Queensland.
- Indie was selected as a training partner for the regional team.
- Grace was selected as a training partner for the regional team in the 16–19 years division.
- Neve was selected to play for the regional team in the 16–19 years division.

Congratulations to all players on their hard work, dedication, and achievements. We are incredibly proud of the way you represented both Caloundra and the Sunshine Coast on the state stage.
