Our Calderwood Valley community continues to grow, with exciting progress highlighted in the latest February 2026 Development Update.

Here’s what’s been happening across the community:
📍 Village Centre now open
Residents can now enjoy convenient access to Woolworths and a range of speciality retailers — with more stages of the Village Centre to follow.
🏡 Progress at The Fields
Stage 1 bulk earthworks are complete and civil works are underway as this new neighbourhood continues to take shape.
🚗 Improved road access
The upgrade to Calderwood Road, fronting The Valley and the Education Precinct, is now complete, improving movement and accessibility throughout the community.
🌳 New parks in planning
Design work is progressing on several future parks, providing even more green space and recreation opportunities for local families.

👻New Location, Same Spooky Fun!👻

The Halloween spirit is alive and well at Calderwood Valley and we’re still ready to celebrate!

Due to forecasted rain, we’ve made a small change to our original plans - the event will now take place at the carpark of the Calderwood Valley Sales Centre, starting from 5pm.

Come and enjoy a spooky lolly station, free popcorn, craft station, face painting, and roving performers - all under cover and full of festive fun. 🧛‍♂️🍿🍬
