Looking for support to help you move forward? 🌿

Centacare’s Resilience Coaching service offers one-on-one support to help you build confidence, set goals and make meaningful changes in your life.

The 12-week program can support you with:

✨ Setting personal goals and building confidence
✨ Navigating services and systems
✨ Developing daily routines and healthy habits
✨ Managing challenges
✨ Reconnecting with community, study or work

Sessions are held face-to-face at Centacare’s Thomas Street Community Hub.

No referral is needed, and there’s no cost to participate.

We wish to send our love and prayers to all affected by the horrific natural disaster in Nepal. We stand in solidarity with our communities here in Cairns deeply and personally affected by this tragedy.

We know there are many people missing. For people in Australia concerned about family members in affected areas, Australian Red Cross may be able to assist through its Restoring Family Links service, which helps reconnect families separated by disasters and emergencies.

If you are seeking assistance, contact Restoring Family Links on 1800 875 199.

For Australian nationals in Nepal requiring consular assistance, the Australian Government's 24-hour Consular Emergency Centre can be contacted on 1300 555 135 (within Australia) or +61 2 6261 3305 (from overseas).

If you require any assistance with linking into these services please contact our Centacare FNQ SETS Caseworker team on 40440130, we are always here to help you navigate these processes.
