Participation in rollersports has seen exponential growth over the last 40 years, establishing social and cultural meaning around the world. A need has been identified to establish a community group of participants that can represent the critical aspects of the sub-cultures and inform key stakeholders of considerations associated with funding channels. NORTH QUEENSLAND IS REQUIRED TO MEDIATE IT'S

OWN UNIQUE CONDITIONS (ie. weather, heat, lack of critical infrastructure)...thus using models based on other regions is redundant compared to ground level action. This generates community capital and increases the likelihood of ongoing use, maintenance, health, and social connectedness.
