Dear Friends,

We regret to announce that, due to the unexpected heavy rains beyond our control, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s CIA Holi Festival. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of everyone involved, and under the current weather conditions, it wouldn’t be feasible to host the event as planned.

We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We’re already working on plans for a future event under better circumstances, and we look forward to celebrating together soon.
