Pinnacle Support Coordination & Services are looking for:

Experienced Female Support Worker Needed – 20 Hours/Week
Are you an energetic, enthusiastic, and creative individual who can think outside the box? One of our lovely participant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate female support worker to provide personalized care and support.
About the Role:
20 hours per week, flexible schedule
Assist with daily activities, fostering independence, and promoting well-being
Must be able to think creatively and adapt to unique needs
Key Qualities:
Passion for helping others
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Energetic and positive attitude

Not long now to our Cairns Disability Network Expo 2024.
Each year the CDN volunteers work together within our community to bring local services within the NDIS Aged and Health space together to create a one stop shop Expo for information. Every year the Expo gets bigger and better, offering more support and connections.

🛍 Pet supplies if needed (collars, leads, bedding, etc.)

Hello, Community Connect had a week in Facebook jail. Not sure why but all sorted now.

A huge thank you to all that attended last weeks first Community Connect of the year. It was held at Pinnacle Support Coordination & Services in the Hub.
So many wonderful providers attended. The feedback was; great connections made, was so good to put a face to a name.
This is what it is all about Connecting and getting to know others in our community and making genuine connections.
