ATSIIEO seeks to develop connections between local First Nations communities, entities and interests and the international community. This is achieved through the sharing, learnings and partnerships developed between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and our international partners through culture, social, economic, environmental and regional impact. This is done through engagement with agencies, organisations and apparatuses around cross cultural exchange and promotion of cultural, educational and community pathways. The development of meaningful and respectful relationships building on shared values and mutual opportunity. Also the linking of like-minded services, agencies and entities through our collective network and the collaboration and building on mutually beneficial opportunities and partnerships. ATSIIEO seeks to “build bridges” between different international communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples ensuring that their interests are represented and advanced on the international stage.
