📻 Radio silence doesn’t mean the circuit is empty.

At a non-controlled aerodrome, listen early, make clear calls and keep looking for traffic.

If what you hear doesn’t match what you see, ask. Don’t assume another pilot has seen or heard you.

📻Two aircraft. Two runways. Both crews making calls.

At non-controlled aerodromes, especially where runways intersect, one wrong digit can place aircraft in the wrong picture.

Both pilots can be flying normally. The calls can be made. The pictures just didn't match.

Make a wrong call? Correct it immediately. Every pilot on frequency has placed you exactly where you said you were.

The radio starts the mental picture. The rest is built from what others hear, see and expect.
