This exiting project is to create what we will be calling ‘the Nest’ … a safe and welcoming headquarters for connection, collaboration & skill sharing for women in the shire…

we will be welcoming your support to help set this beautiful womens space up, over the next few weeks!! 🥰

Our founding committee members have continued to meet tirelessly to help bring the Byron Shire Women’s Hub to life!
We have a few locations for us to connect now and are getting close to finalising insurances and our website launch is not far away!
We are always open to ideas and please let us know if you have ideas for locations for our workshops.

Hi lovely women 👋

We are reaching out to our community, and to all those who have previously contacted us — or would like to be involved…

As we move into the exciting next phase of our journey, we are looking for women who may be able to share some of their skills, experience, or time over the next 6 months to help support this growing not-for-profit community initiative.

This includes helping us set up and develop spaces for:

🛠️ Power tools & practical skills
🧵 Sewing & textiles
🌱 Gardening
🎵 Music
💗 Wellbeing workshops

We understand that as women, life circumstances can change and many of us are already juggling a lot 🤷‍♀️

That’s why we want you to know that every contribution matters — whether it’s a regular commitment or just a few hours here and there, your time and support are deeply valued.

If you feel called to be part of creating something meaningful for women in our community, we would love to hear from you. ✨
