📣 We’re hiring a Grants Officer!

Byron Community Centre is looking for an experienced Grants Officer to help secure funding and ensure grant-funded projects are delivered successfully.

This varied role will involve identifying funding opportunities, writing compelling applications, coordinating funded projects and managing reporting and acquittals across our grants portfolio.

If you’re an organised and persuasive writer with grant and project coordination experience, we’d love to hear from you.

🕒 Part-time | 20 hours/week

The Most Easterly Point celebrates the beauty of our region through vibrant and evocative landscapes, capturing familiar scenes from dawn’s gentle glow to twilight’s stillness.

Best of all, every artwork purchased will make a difference, with all proceeds from sales donated to Fletcher Street Cottage to support people experiencing hardship in our community.

This hands-on role spans major giving, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, sponsorships and grassroots fundraising, helping strengthen community, culture and connection across Byron Bay.

⏰ Permanent part-time – 30 hours (across four or five days)

If you earn around $70,000 or less, you may be eligible to receive free assistance from our friendly accredited Tax Help Volunteers.
