Byron Bay Liquor Accord The purpose of the Byron Bay Liquor Accord (BBLA) is for our industry heads to work together to introduce practical solutions to liquor related problems.

The Byron Bay Liquor Accord (BBLA) is made up of 40 or so owners, operators and managers from local licensed venues in Byron Bay. BBLA meets every 8 weeks to identify and discuss alcohol related issues within our local area and the challenges faced by the tourism, entertainment and liquor industries. The group meetings are attended by local Police, the Office of Liquor and Gaming, local council an

d transport providers with the aim of a proactive focus on harm minimisation, safety and crime prevention.
