Well attended first official meeting of the Byron Bay Men's shed. We are now a formal organisation with an official structure and members, please feel free to contact us for an invitation to join. Our management committee has made great progress with council and our aim is to have our shed built within 12 months.

Big News! On 1st August, the Byron Shire Council unanimously voted to support the establishment of a Men's Shed in Byron Bay. They’re committed to working with us to find and secure land for our Shed, so now is the perfect time to get involved!

If we have 40+ attendees, the Bowlo will open their cafe/restaurant for lunch—so come along, learn more, and enjoy some great company afterward.

We've received lots of interest and support from the community at the recent Byron Farmers Market, We also collected almost 100 signatures for our petition to the council, showing strong community backing for the Men's Shed.

With the growth in Men’s Sheds in the region, local co-ordinator Tony Heeson says a location has been secured in Byron Bay, and all that is needed is members.
