🚙RALLY UPDATE🚙

On Friday we got the update that the Sh*tbox Rally has unfortunately been postponed to July.

Following the concerns of the fuel situation, it was in the best interest of the company to make the decision to delay the rally. We agree with the decision they have made, because getting over 200 cars worth of people stuck in a remote community with no fuel, is not a safe bet to make.

So Trent and Akka may not be heading off as we had planned, BUT the postive is that we now have more time to raise funds AND we can increase our target of $10,000 fundraised, to $15,000.

We’re on the home stretch now!

Only 2 months till we leave!

It’s coming up quick and the sh*tbox is getting close to being ready to hit the long road to the start line of port Douglas in QLD.

With a total of $8674 raised so far, we are oh so close to hitting out target of 10k. So any small donations will help us get there.

PS. If anyone has any camping gear laying around we’ll be happy to take it off your hands.

The old ute got a little freshen up last night, making the old nugget stand out from the crowd. We’re fairly into it, what’s everyone else’s thoughts?
We have a few sponsors stickers to go on before our quiz night on Thursday at The Market Bar, a couple seats still available so if you can make it down to help support we’d love it!

Not only is it going to help keep our swags, fridge and camping gear dry, it’ll also give us more space for sponsors stickers!
We’ve been waiting to pick this up so we can add a little colour to the car before stickering it up with our sponsors stickers.

We’re excited to announce our first ever Quiz Night, hosted in partnership with The Market Bar at Origin Markets!

All proceeds go to the Cancer Council as we gear up to tackle the Sh*tbox Rally 2026 - driving a $1500 “sh*tbox” from Port Douglas to Melbourne for a great cause.

🚗💨 We’re Taking on the Sh*tbox Rally for Cancer Council! 💛

In May 2026, Trent & Akka will be hitting the road in our $1,500 “Sh*tbox” to take part in the Sh*tbox Rally Autumn – driving from Port Douglas to Melbourne through some of Australia’s toughest outback roads, all in the name of raising funds for cancer research.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 for Cancer Council, and every dollar goes directly towards life-saving research.

👉 How you can support us:

✅ Business Sponsorships – Want to see your logo on our rally car? Businesses can sponsor us, feature on the car & rally website, and show their support for a cause that touches us all.
