Our rescue team drive thousands of kilometres per month picking up injured, sick or orphaned koalas, delivering them to the Wildlife Hospital aswell as transfer them to carers and/or release sites.

Zorko, the young male who was rescued from a roof, has returned to the wild after treatment for conjunctivitis. Somewhere with lots of trees and not a house in sight 🐨🌳🐨

Poor little Finnegan lost his life on the Bruce Highway near North Lakes on Monday night. He had only been back out from hospital for a short period. Again, it's not too many koalas, it's too much clearing with no thought to habitat corridors. When will the powers that be understand they are killing our precious and unique wildlife 🐨💔🐨

Charm and Cookie Dough have gone home - both hit by car in the same area of Rothwell (on different days) 🐨 Thanks to development happening all over the Moreton Bay region there is even less connectivity between areas of habitat. It is very likely you will see one while driving. Please slow down 🐨

WARNING - DISTRESSING CONTENT
One of the saddest joey photos you will see. Found deceased at the base of a tree. We will never know whether it was sick, fell off mum, pulled off by a male or taken by a bird of prey. Rest easy little one, all our love goes with you 🐨💔🕊️
