Tomorrow, Wednesday 14 October, is headspace Day! 💚

Young people are often encouraged to keep doing, achieving and adding more to their daily lives. This is why we’re encouraging young people to do nothing* this headspace Day and remember that taking a moment to pause, recharge and reset can be just as important for their mental health and wellbeing.

Get involved this headspace Day and join us in celebrating the power of doing nothing*: https://bit.ly/4zlm0cW

Rowena and Lisa also took home the team Challenge 🏆

This achievement reflects our commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and supporting young people to achieve their education and employment goals.
