🔥 We’re Hiring a Chef – Help Shape the Kitchen at Fleur by Forbidden Sweets.

Fleur has officially opened and the response from the community has been incredible. Now we’re ready to take the next step and bring a talented Chef into the team.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build a kitchen from the ground up, not just walk into an established menu.

Your role will be to help develop and lead:
• A breakfast menu that the team can run consistently
• A vibrant lunch menu
• A growing evening tapas / share plate offering inspired by Moroccan / Spanish flavours
• A High Tea menu.

Fleur is a unique space where great coffee, creative desserts, small plates and community atmosphere come together. We want our food to match that energy.

What we’re looking for:
• A chef who enjoys menu development and creativity
• Someone who can build simple, flavourful dishes that a team can execute well
• Strong organisation and kitchen leadership
• Passion for quality ingredients and a positive team culture

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real input into the direction of a kitchen and the chance to help shape something new in Burnie.

🌟A vacancy has come up in our Penguin office to join our small and impactful Care Finder Program who assist older Tasmanians to navigate the aged care system🌟

You will:
• support people through registration, screening and assessment for aged care services;
• support people to identify, connect with and access services that are appropriate to their individual needs, preferences and circumstances;
