Bailey The Chief Therapy dog is proud to call Therapy Animals Australia home. The work that has gone on behind the scenes to be given this honour is phenomenal. Being one of the first organisations in Australia to offer animal assisted services (and the formal training that is so important) is a very special piece of our history as an organisation. Every single time we accredit another Therapy Dog/ Handler team that meets the essential standards for Therapy dogs, we feel the same sense of pride. Knowing that the dogs we have trained are helping to uphold a high standard for this industry as it grows and incorporates more and more organisations who are setting out to offer services in this field. Thankyou to all those clients who have trusted us with their dogs over the years. We couldn’t have done it without you. Thankyou to all the members of parliament who have supported our organisation (especially Milton Dick MP and Maree Edwards MP who have helped to make our ongoing visits to Parliament House a reality.

A shout out to a local Bundoora business Lifestyle Aquarium & Reptiles. Therapy Animals Australia is very grateful to you for your support and for allowing us to give the dogs in our training programs such a valuable and unique experience as part of their training. Our clients appreciate having the support of our staff accompanying them so they can sneak a look at the beautiful Displays. We highly recommend a visit.
