๐๐ข On Country, On Reef โ Taribelang Bunda Rangers at Lady Musgrave Island ๐ข๐
Our Taribelang Bunda Rangers have been travelling out to Lady Musgrave Island, spending some incredible days on the reef caring for Country and strengthening their knowledge in marine conservation.
Working alongside Reef Master Guide Eamon from , our rangers gained valuable hands-on learning โ building skills in reef monitoring, conservation practices, and understanding the delicate balance of this unique ecosystem.
From removing waste and keeping the island and surrounding waters clean, to tackling the destructive drupella snails that threaten our coral reefs, the team is playing an active role in protecting these important environments for future generations.
Every step taken on the reef is guided by culture, responsibility, and a deep connection to Sea Country โ ensuring our reef systems continue to thrive.
Some powerful days spent learning, sharing, and conserving what matters most ๐
