Today is R U OK? Day 💛

Whether you’re on the field, on the sideline, or away from the game altogether, checking in with the people around you can make a bigger difference than you realise.

You don’t need to have all the answers — sometimes simply asking “R U OK?” and taking the time to really listen is enough.

Check in with your mates, your family and your fellow officials today — and every day. 💛

🎤 Whistle Talk

Just a quick signature for social media… what could possibly go wrong? 😏📸

Safe to say a few of our referees were not expecting what was waiting underneath. 😂

Some signed.
Some questioned our methods.
Some may never trust the clipboard again. 👀
