BBS foundation Building better blokes, one project at a time.BBS

Don't be mislead by the plain look building!

Unfortunately our signage reached the end of it's service life during the recent storms, but Burson Auto Parts Bunbury is still open for business as usual.

New look fresh signage will be replaced soon!

You know things are getting real when companies like Harcourts and Dulux start paying attention. 🔥
What started as a couple of blokes standing around in a front yard with a crazy idea is slowly turning into something much bigger.
Today, Denman from Harcourts and the legends at Dulux jumped on board to help get the BBS Foundation trailer finished.
That might not sound like much.
But when businesses of that calibre put their name behind what you're doing, it tells us one thing:
The community is starting to believe too.
We're humbled. We're grateful. And we're only just getting started.
Big love to Denman, Harcourts and Dulux for backing the mission.
Watch this space, Bunbury. 👊🔥

We knew the weather was going to be rough, so we organised a 6m gazebo before the boys arrived.
Good thing we did.
Because the rain came in hard.
A little rain never stopped us, but the flood did.
Still, the boys showed up.
Gazebos everywhere.
Lights on.
Tools out.
Mini in pieces.
Mates helping mates.
What bloody legends.
This is why BBS works.
It's never been about the cars.
It's about a bunch of blokes choosing to show up for each other, even on a night when common sense says stay home.
The flood might have stopped us tonight.
But we'll be back next Thursday.
One bloody night at a time.

These legends deserve a shout out.
BBS doesn't run on good intentions alone. It runs because local businesses step up and back what we're building.
Huge thanks to Burson Auto Parts Bunbury WA , Autopro Australind , Balamara, and Harcourts for getting behind the mission.
Every tool, every project, every Thursday night, every bloke who walks through the gate looking for a place to belong — it all becomes possible because people in our community believe in what we're doing.
You're not just sponsoring an organisation.
You're helping build better men, stronger connections, and a place where nobody has to walk alone.
From all of us at BBS, thank you for backing the vision and helping us keep shifting gears.

I'm going to be honest.
This isn't about cars.
The cars are just how we get people through the gate.
What happens after that is what matters.
We've seen young blokes come in shy, quiet, and not wanting to talk to anyone.
Now they're itching to get here each week to see their new mates.
We've watched confidence grow.
We've watched skills develop.
We've watched young blokes who barely spoke become leaders.
Not because we fixed them.
Because they found somewhere they belonged.
The truth is we're doing all this from a front yard.
Not because we want to.
Because it's all we've got.
We're trying to build something bigger. A permanent home where young people can learn skills, build confidence, make lifelong mates, and know they always have somewhere to go.
When you support BBS, you're not backing cars.
You're backing people.
You're backing connection.
You're backing a place where lives can change.
And that's worth fighting for.

While the world was sitting on the couch tonight, these blokes were throwing sparks.
The Mini's roofline got a little more love.
The trailer project took another step forward with the boys starting on the loading ramps.
And the mountain of tools donated by absolute legends in the community finally started getting sorted before they ended up spread across the driveway and soaked by the rain.
No workshop. No fancy facility.
Just a driveway, some lights, a pile of donated gear and a crew that keeps showing up.
Every cut made. Every bolt tightened. Every lesson learned.
That's how you build cars.
That's how you build blokes.
One bloody night at a time
