Creative Therapies WA (formerly WA Community Change Group Inc) works with and for communities to address local needs. Our organisation focuses on the holistic wellbeing of individuals, families and communities, by supporting connection with creativity in therapy and life. Vision: “Where community need is put before industry motivation, resulting in a human service sector (public, private, communi

ty) that work together for the betterment of community and community members at all times”. Mission: “To adopt a partnership model of service delivery that addresses community need in a responsive, timely and appropriate manner. To lead, advocate for, support and develop collaborative practices to enhance human service delivery”

Description and Boundaries:
The following business description illustrates all the services and activities offered by “Creative Therapies WA"
For: Whole of community and the human service sector overall. Without geographical or target group restraints, yet responsive to community need and our capacity (inc expertise) to address these under a partnership model. We will:
*Facilitate partnerships, collaborations and networks
*Promote activities, programs and services
*Support funding opportunities for services and programs
*Auspice funds for community groups/programs
*Provide opportunities for professional development. Values
*Collectiveness: Our members are supportive of each other’s efforts and work together to achieve our mission
*Open Communication: We respect diversity and all team members are encouraged to openly share their opinions, views and ideas
*Responsiveness: We aim to respond to identified and/or changing needs of our members and the communities we work with
*Leadership: We act with integrity to maintain our reputation as key leaders in the sector.
