🎥 Did you know the South West Blues Club has a YouTube channel?

We’ve been quietly building a video library of full performances from our Jam Days, Blues Central gigs and other club events for years now — and it’s time you knew about it.

And it’s not just for reliving the night — now you and your favourite SWBC performers can be the soundtrack to your day. Put it on at home, at work, in the car, wherever you need a bit of blues to get you through. Your favourite local band, on demand, whenever you want them.

We’ll be posting regularly as new gigs and jam days roll through, so it’s well worth a subscribe if you want to keep up with what our bands are doing.

Head over and check it out — link below. 🎸

What a Jam Session that was. 🎸

Sunday’s jam at Froth was everything this club is about — swipe up for 48 seconds of the energy, the dancing and the music that made it such a great afternoon.

Huge thanks to everyone who got up on stage, including some brand new faces who took the leap for the very first time — that takes guts, and we loved every minute of it. And those impromptu groups who’d never played together before but jumped in anyway and made magic happen?
That’s the soul of a jam day right there.

A special shoutout to the legends from the Bunbury Rock and Roll Club who turned up and absolutely kept the dance floor alive all afternoon — you brought the energy and we felt it.

And of course, to everyone who came along to watch, cheer, clap and soak it up — you’re just as much a part of this as anyone on stage. A jam day without a crowd is just a rehearsal.
This is what the South West Blues Club is all about. See you at the next one. 🎶

This is going to be a great night, make sure you dont miss out on tickets!

This is going to be a great night, make sure you dont miss out on tickets!

Twenty years ago, a group of blues lovers walked into a bar on Elliot Street and started something special. That bar is now the Indi Bar at the Burlington Hotel — and on Saturday 1 August 2026, for one night only, we’re going back. 🎸

This is our 20th Anniversary Dinner, and we want everyone there. Current members, past members, partners, bandmates, fans, supporters, people who’ve shared a stage with us, people who’ve just shared a beer with us. If the South West Blues Club has ever meant something to you, this night is for you.

It’s a formal dinner — but let’s be honest, we’re musicians. Formal around here means whatever you want it to mean. Black tie? Absolutely. Best jeans and Converse? You’re in. Leather jacket as your best jacket? We’d expect nothing less. Channel your inner Jake and Elwood. Rock the Murph and the Magic Tones look. Come as you are — just come dressed like the occasion matters, because it does.

Here’s what the night looks like:
🍽️ 3-course formal dinner
🎵 Live music later in the evening
🎁 Door prizes
📍 Indi Bar, Burlington Hotel, 51 Victoria St, Bunbury
🗓️ Saturday 1 August 2026 | 7:00pm – midnight

🎟️ Members $25 | Non-members $50
Tickets are on sale now through Humanitix — link in the comments.

This is a night to put the instruments down, sit across from the people who’ve made this club what it is, and just enjoy each other’s company. Twenty years is worth celebrating properly. We hope to see you there. 🥂

What a Sunday. 🎸🔥

Yesterday’s Blues Central at Froth was one of those afternoons that reminds you exactly why we do this.
Both bands brought serious heat, the energy in the room was electric from the first note to the last, and the crowd absolutely loved every minute of it.

A special mention to the Bunbury Rock and Roll Club who came out in force and kept the dance floor pumping all afternoon — and to three-year-old Eve, who was arguably a highlight of the day, dancing up a storm and giving absolutely nothing less than 100%. The dance floor was in good hands. 💃

Big thanks to Dave Tiger and the Cubs and Micho Lupo for delivering the goods, to Brent on sound for making everything sing, and to the wonderful team at Froth Craft Brewery for being the best hosts in the business — as always.

If you missed it, you missed a good one. We’re back next month. 🎶
