Community events like the BWMCA Day Out don't just happen! The financial backing of local community members and groups like Brent Mickelberg MP and Community Bank Buderim and Sunshine Coast Council are what makes this event come alive... and we are SO VERY grateful for their support. So, support them by coming along to our event on Sunday 21 June from 10am to 2pm at Buderim Village Park, Buderim. They will all be there, as will we!

🎡 Pinefest school fair. All welcome! Join us from 3pm for an afternoon and evening packed with excitement, featuring thrilling rides, delicious food, live entertainment, market stalls, activities for all ages and plenty of community spirit. As the sun sets, gather with family and friends for a spectacular laser light show at 7:30pm, bringing an unforgettable day of fun to a dazzling close. Don't miss what is set to be the biggest community event of the year for our school and the wider Buderim community!

The guttering is completed, the glass doors are being installed, the electrician is on site, the security system has been finalised. Things are moving quickly to an estimated end of July completion.

Volunteers Needed for Pinefest 2026! 🌲✨

Pinefest is shaping up to be an incredible community celebration, but we can't do it without the support of our amazing volunteers.

Whether you can spare an hour or a full day, every helping hand makes a difference. We are looking for volunteers to assist:

📅 In the week leading up to Pinefest: helping with preparation, setup and behind-the-scenes tasks
🎪 On event day, Saturday 20 June: Supporting stalls, rides, activities, ticketing and more
🧹 The day after Pinefest: Helping with pack down and clean up

Volunteering is a great way to meet other families, contribute to our school community and help create an unforgettable experience for thousands of visitors.

All funds raised through Pinefest will support the next BMSS P&C project; upgrading the school oval for the benefit of our students and the wider Buderim community.
