The Brunswick Town Hall is turning 90, and we’re celebrating in true community style.

Join us on Saturday the 18th of July, 1-4 pm for an afternoon honouring nine decades of memories, milestones and moments shared within these walls.

We'll have historic photo displays, a wedding gown exhibition, a tribute to the old picture-show days, a performance by the Brunswick Singers, and of course the cutting of the 90th birthday cake.🎂

A beautiful souvenir booklet will be available for purchase, and Devonshire Teas will be on offer from the Brunswick Town Team.

It's going to be a special day for our town - hope to see you there!

Winter has finally arrived in Brunswick Junction 🪻☔️⛈️

June and July in the Noongar Culture is known as Makuru

Makuru is the wettest and coldest time of year, marked by clustering clouds. Traditionally, Noongar people moved inland as waterways swelled and food sources shifted from sea to land, focusing on kangaroos. Animals paired for breeding, crows danced, and black swans prepared for nesting. Blueberry Lilies and Purple Flags adorned the landscape with blues and purples, signalling the approaching Djilba season.
