ACT Para-Athletics Talent Squad (PTS) is a professional Track and Field squad for ACT athletes with a disability. Founded in 1996, PTS is the only on-going professional athletics club for athletes with disabilities in Australia. Currently our athletes range from 8 years to adults, who have an intellectual disability or physical disability, such as Cerebal Palsy, Vision or Hearing Impairments, ampu

tees or dwarfism. We currently have 20 athletes in our Squad, all from the local area in Canberra, ACT. A number of our athletes hold Australian records and over the years, we have had 9 athletes compete in International events, including World Championships and Paralympics.

It is with mixed emotions that we announce that PTS (formally JTS) have made the decision to wind-up.
Many Para-Athletes, coaches, officials, committee members and family members have been involved for over 20 years. Over the years, PTS athletes have competed in Local, Interstate, National and World competitions and we are very proud of you all. It is fantastic to see how far inclusion has come for para-athletes in all sport, not just athletics.

Thankyou to eAbilities Unlimited Australiain many ways over the years.

We have donated all remaining funds and equipment to Abilities Unlimited Australia.
