Here is part 2 of the road trip visit all of our YWAM family. It was such an amazing way to start off the year and to see God continue to guide us and make a way. Such a blessing to build deep relationships and to support and pray for all the ministries and locations.

Here is a little snap shot of traveling around Australia to visit almost every YWAM location (just the 2025 portion). It was a major journey in dependency on God and trusting His timing. We also developed incredible relationships with so many of our YWAM family and local churches. Thanks so much for everyone who was praying.

As Christians, we are called to the dry and desolate places, places where people’s hearts are crying out for truth, love and freedom.
Sometimes that looks like going to our neighbours, or helping out someone at the shops; other times, God is calling you to take new, maybe even scary steps to bring a glimpse of heaven to Earth. The father is calling out to the lost ones, and you get to be a part of answering that prayer!

As YWAM Broome, a part of our call is to the dry places, to meet with the people who live in this land; to those whose who’s hearts have not yet felt the living water renew their parched souls or those thirsty for refreshment.

Last night our YWAM family in Townsville prayed for the Kimberley and for our team in Broome!! 🦘🌊🙌🏽

What a blessing to get to worship God together and see in person the ministry and work He is doing through your base!!

Let’s keep trusting God for revival and breakthrough in Australia, as the body of Christ let’s keep saying yes and stepping forward in obedience to what God is stirring!! 🌏💫

This past week we spent with the ‘Local Community Church’ mob, who came up from Perth to do outreach with us!

Such an awesome time of fellowship, gardening, times of prayer and worship, and fishing with locals. God loves families, and to see the little ones come up with their parents and get involved was sweet!

This was our last 2025 outreach in the Kimberley before we head into wet season… an exciting adventure is coming up… stay tuned!

Karijini was such an awesome time of wrapping up our ministry season, celebrating YWAM Broome turning 5 (yay!) and intentionally spending time as a team exploring and connecting in another context.

Being in places like national parks, are such a reset, reminding us of the bigger picture and being in awe of the God we get to serve!

Did you know the saying « May you be covered in the dust of your rabbi » was an ancient Jewish blessing?

What an awesome picture; following so closely behind your teacher, and being coated in the dust formed as they walk before you. It is as though their movements mark and stick to us.

As modern day Christians this is the challenge we are left with, will we too follow closely behind Jesus, our Rabbi, and let the dust of his ways cover us.

There are so many clichés about working as a team:
« Teamwork makes the dream work »
« Many hands make light work »
« If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together »
… and isn’t it true?!

What we do is not possible without functioning as a team and having teams come give us a hand. Seeing vision be transformed into a tangible reality requires different skills, giftings, perspectives, and experiences. Team is a gift that we get to choose to engage in, and see God fulfil the fullness of his plans! 🪩✨

Let’s go on an adventure with God!!

Did you know that YWAM Broome does outreach during our dry season (March-November) between Broome to Kununurra, throughout various towns and remote communities. The Kimberley is a similar size to the UK, it is an expansive region which we get to drive through and serve!!
