Time spent working on Country continues to shape how we deliver care across the Kimberley.

Moments like a Kalumburu sunset are a reminder of the privilege of visiting and working alongside remote communities. They reinforce the importance of building trust, respecting culture and staying connected to place.

By prioritising staff safety and wellbeing, we are better able to provide consistent, culturally safe care, wherever our teams are needed.

This connection to Country and community remains central to delivering equitable health outcomes across the region.

✨ Celebrating Our People at Boab Health Services ✨

When we think about healthcare, we often picture the clinicians delivering care — but behind every great service is a team of dedicated people making it all possible.

Today, we’re proud to recognise one of those key people — Milan Bhusal, our Data Analyst.

Milan plays a vital role in helping us understand our clients’ needs, strengthening how we plan and deliver services, and ultimately improving health outcomes across the Kimberley. His work truly makes a difference behind the scenes.

We’re also delighted to celebrate a major milestone in Milan’s journey — achieving permanent residency in Australia, with support through sponsorship from Boab. Originally from Nepal, Milan has become an integral part of our team and community.

👏 Congratulations, Milan! We’re incredibly proud of you and look forward to continuing to benefit from your skills, knowledge and commitment to improving health in the Kimberley.
