As we race towards the busyness of Christmas season (🤯) it’s important to still make time to look after yourself!

So and have teamed up to offer one more Stretch and Meditation session for the year.

Come down to Studio and give yourself 30 minutes of calming stretch flow from Steph, followed by a guided meditation by Renae 💫

Cost: $15
BYO mat and wear comfortable clothing

🙌 Thursday Stretch Classes w/ Cable Beach Chiropractic 🙌

It’s official 🎉🎉 starting next THURSDAY we will be holding stretch classes at 🥳

Where: The Loft yoga studio
When: Thursday 6:15-6:45pm
Cost: $5 cash
Bring: mat, comfy clothes

No bookings required at this stage, just come along! If we get super busy I’ll introduce bookings or add another class time.

This class is designed to be a full body guided stretch out. Let’s face it, none of us stretch as much as we should! So come along and give yourself half an hour of stretching and mobility. Your body will thank you for it 🤗
