At St John North West, we believe that our community grows stronger when every person is treated with dignity and care.

Human Rights Day, celebrated every December 10th, invites us to look at how far we’ve come in creating a place where people of all genders, cultures, faiths, ages, and abilities can feel valued and protected. It also reminds us that equality is an ongoing journey, one that calls for continued action.

We are fortunate to live where many fundamental rights are enjoyed every day, and today is a moment to acknowledge that privilege and reaffirm our commitment to a fairer future for all! 🙌

World War One was one of the deadliest periods of human history, and our brave ANZACs along with medical personnel put themselves in harms way to protect and serve our country. Today we remember their sacrifices, along with those who have protected us ever since and will do in the future.

Mental health can often have a negative stigma attached to it that makes it difficult to discuss with other. Breaking through these stigmas is one of the most important goals when it comes to making a positive impact on those suffering with mental health difficulties.
