Mummas Circle

Mummas Circle Mummas Circle is a warm, inclusive community created to support, uplift, and connect mums . When I became a mum 17 years ago, I didn’t have a support network.

We offer welcoming mums groups, beautiful events, and a safe space to find your village, share real conversations, and feel truly seen and supported. I’m Rashelle Leahy, first and foremost a proud mum to three gorgeous girls who keep me grounded, inspired, and always on my toes. Motherhood has been my greatest teacher, shaping not only who I am but how I show up in the world. That experience lit a

fire in me. I learned firsthand how deeply mothers need connection, community, and a safe space to just be. It’s why I’m so passionate about creating places where mums can find their village with real support, real conversations, and a community that helps them not only survive but truly thrive. Supporting mums has become one of the greatest joys of my life. Whether it’s through group sessions, events, workshops, or simply holding space for honest conversations, I love helping women feel seen, understood, and part of something bigger. Watching mums arrive unsure and leave feeling lighter, more confident, and more connected is a privilege I never take for granted. Life has taken me all over, including living in Melbourne and Dubai, and those experiences have shaped my love for diversity, connection, and seeing the world from a wider, more global perspective. I love connecting with women in all stages of life and meeting new people every day. I’m obsessed with travel, holistic health and wellness, personal and professional development, and my two cheeky sausage dogs who think they run the place. And at any event, social or professional, you’ll probably find me holding someone’s baby. It’s my happy place.

🎙️ NEW PODCAST EPISODE | Maternal Mental Health & Wellness 🤍
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, isolating, and at times, incredibly hard.

In our latest episode of Inside Mummas Circle, I sit down with psychologist Courtney Wilton to have an honest conversation about the realities of becoming a mother.

Together, we explore:
✨ Baby blues, postpartum anxiety and depression
✨ Intrusive thoughts and why they're more common than many mums realise
✨ Matrescence and the identity shift that comes with motherhood
✨ The invisible mental load so many mothers carry
✨ When to seek support and how loved ones can help

This episode is a gentle reminder that struggling doesn't make you a bad mum. It makes you human.

If you're a new mum, expecting a baby, supporting someone through postpartum, or simply want to better understand the emotional journey of motherhood, this conversation is for you. 🤍

Because while babies need caring for, mums need caring for too.

✨ Monday was something else. Two full groups and a very full heart. ✨

We were so lucky to have Jess and Bec from Coastlife Families join us to chat all things sleep, starting solids, and everything in between.

But as always, it’s the moments in between that remind me why this community is so special. ❤️

One beautiful mumma arrived with a bag of clothes to pass on to other mums. Conversations flowed, stories were shared, advice was exchanged, and support was given freely.

Because that’s what Mummas Circle is all about.

A village of women showing up for one another.
A place where friendships are formed.
A space where no one has to navigate motherhood alone.

I absolutely LOVE our community and feel so grateful to witness these moments every single week. 🤍

💕 Introducing Mumma Meets 💕

Pregnancy can be such an exciting season, but it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, and full of questions.

That’s why we created Mumma Meets — a relaxed and welcoming space for expectant mums to connect, share experiences, and build their village before baby arrives.

Whether you’re navigating your first pregnancy or adding another little one to your family, Mumma Meets gives you the opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be who are on a similar journey.

🤍 Connect with other pregnant women
🤍 Share the highs, lows, and everything in between
🤍 Ask questions in a supportive environment
🤍 Start building friendships before your baby arrives
🤍 Feel less alone in your motherhood journey

Because one of the most valuable things you can do during pregnancy is find your people before baby is here.

🎬✨ Throwback Thursday | Mums at the Movies ✨🎬

What a beautiful evening it was getting our Mummas together for a well-deserved night out. 💕

From relaxing in Gold Class and enjoying The Devil Wears Prada 2, to sharing laughs, winning giveaways, and simply having a chance to be more than just mum for a few hours, it was a night all about filling our cups and connecting with other women who get it.

Motherhood is rewarding, but it’s also important to make time for yourself, and this event was a wonderful reminder of just how powerful a few hours of self-care and connection can be.

A huge thank you to our event sponsor, House Mum, for helping make this special evening possible. Your support allowed us to create an experience that celebrated the incredible mums in our community.

Here’s to more moments of connection, laughter, and a little bit of luxury. 💛

Our next episode of the Inside Mummas Circle Podcast is a conversation I know so many mums will relate to.

This week, I'm joined by Kylie from the Australian Breastfeeding Association, who brings more than 15 years of experience supporting mothers through their breastfeeding journeys.

Breastfeeding is often described as natural, but that doesn't always mean it comes naturally.

Together, we explore the realities of breastfeeding, the expectations many women place on themselves, and why having the right support around you can make all the difference.

In this episode, we discuss:

🤍 Why breastfeeding is both natural and a learned skill
🤍 The truth about milk supply and feeding frequency
🤍 What a comfortable latch should feel like
🤍 Common challenges and when to seek support
🤍 Building your village before baby arrives
🤍 Why your wellbeing matters too

Whether you're currently breastfeeding, preparing for your baby's arrival, or supporting a new mum, this episode is full of practical advice, reassurance, and encouragement.
