Mummas Circle

Mummas Circle Mummas Circle is a warm, inclusive community created to support, uplift, and connect mums . When I became a mum 17 years ago, I didn’t have a support network.

We offer welcoming mums groups, beautiful events, and a safe space to find your village, share real conversations, and feel truly seen and supported. I’m Rashelle Leahy, first and foremost a proud mum to three gorgeous girls who keep me grounded, inspired, and always on my toes. Motherhood has been my greatest teacher, shaping not only who I am but how I show up in the world. That experience lit a

fire in me. I learned firsthand how deeply mothers need connection, community, and a safe space to just be. It’s why I’m so passionate about creating places where mums can find their village with real support, real conversations, and a community that helps them not only survive but truly thrive. Supporting mums has become one of the greatest joys of my life. Whether it’s through group sessions, events, workshops, or simply holding space for honest conversations, I love helping women feel seen, understood, and part of something bigger. Watching mums arrive unsure and leave feeling lighter, more confident, and more connected is a privilege I never take for granted. Life has taken me all over, including living in Melbourne and Dubai, and those experiences have shaped my love for diversity, connection, and seeing the world from a wider, more global perspective. I love connecting with women in all stages of life and meeting new people every day. I’m obsessed with travel, holistic health and wellness, personal and professional development, and my two cheeky sausage dogs who think they run the place. And at any event, social or professional, you’ll probably find me holding someone’s baby. It’s my happy place.

You can love motherhood deeply and still find parts of it really hard. 🤍

You don’t have to enjoy every moment. You don’t have to have it all figured out. And you don’t have to rush to become the person you were before.

Motherhood changes us — and sometimes it takes time to get to know the woman we’re becoming.

There’s room for the love, the gratitude, the hard days and the figuring-it-out-as-you-go. All of it can exist at once. 🤍

Sometimes asking for help doesn’t actually sound like, “I need help.” 🤍

For Daisy, there was a point where everything seemed to happen at once.

Motherhood. Returning to work. Navigating ADHD. A toddler starting daycare. A wedding to plan. Caring for her dad after a devastating cancer diagnosis — and then navigating the grief of losing him.

And through it all, she kept going.

Until the moments where she couldn’t.

In our next episode of Inside Mummas Circle, Daisy shares her story with incredible openness — including the moments she realised she wasn’t okay, the people who stepped in around her, and what she has learnt about allowing yourself to accept support.

🎙️ Daisy’s Story: Grief, ADHD, and the Year Everything Happened at Once.

“It’s so normal to not have an instant connection with your baby.” 💛

If you’ve ever felt that pressure to bond instantly and it just... didn’t happen, this one’s for you. In this clip, Naomi from Naomi | The Baby Massage Lady reminds us that connection takes time, and that’s more common than we think.

This is just a taste of our full chat with Naomi on this week’s episode of Inside Mummas Circle, where we talk about her journey through an unsettled, colicky baby, the power of touch and bonding, and her go-to trick for calming a distressed baby anywhere. With also an exciting announcement at the end. 🙏
