Yes, it's reformer pilates. But the part mums tell us they love most is who they're doing it with.

When you're a new mum, it's easy to go days without a proper conversation with another adult. This is 8 weeks of showing up to the same room, with the same mums, and the same babies who are all at the same stage as yours. By week two, you know each other's names. By week four, you're swapping sleep stories and saving each other a spot. By week eight, you've built your village.

Introducing Amaïa Play, our new weekly playgroup for kids 0 to 5yrs, coming to Sinnamon Park, Kenmore and Middle Park with many more locations to follow, starting straight after the September school holidays (Term 4, 2026)

A proper, dedicated space for your little one to free play and socialise and for you to actually sit down with a cuppa and connect with other parents in the same season. No term commitment, just $5 a session per family.

Light refreshments, a room full of toys and the same warmth you already know from Amaïa Mamas, just for this next stage.
