Sometimes kindness and connection can be as simple as a cup of tea, a scone and somewhere to belong ❤️

For eight years, Martin’s Sconetime has been bringing people together and creating a beautiful sense of community.

You can see it in the room.
The conversations, the laughter, the familiar faces and the simple joy of spending time together. 🥹

Martin (Sunshine Coast Foodie) was nominated for Australia’s Kindest Person by Roz White and his story was randomly selected for us to share as part of our social series.

This is a little look inside Sconetime, and the community that has grown around it ❤️

Can kindness help us feel more socially connected?
As loneliness continues to affect so many people, perhaps the way back to one another isn’t always through bigger conversations or grand gestures. Perhaps it’s found in the everyday moments where someone feels noticed, included, or understood.
