🌅🚶‍♂️ Another big Thursday night with Men’s Walk & Talk Bayside! 👊

Great people, plenty of laughs, good yarns and a Bayside stroll to remember. The crew is growing, the conversations are flowing, and there’s a real sense of mateship building every week!

💪 We walk together, talk together, and look out for each other. No judgement, no pressure — just a chance to get out, clear your head, meet good people and enjoy a bit of company.

🍽️ We finished the evening by pulling up a seat, sharing a meal and keeping the conversations going. A big thank you to Manly Harbour Boat Club and Manly Boathouse for looking after us!

🔥 The best part? We’re just getting started!

🚶‍♂️ It’s FREE — males of all ages are welcome!

Another awesome Men’s Walk & Talk Bayside last Thursday, with plenty of laughs, great yarns, and good people coming together.

🌅 Another great Thursday evening with Men’s Walk & Talk Bayside! 🚶‍♂️👊

Last Thursday was another fantastic night of walking, laughs, good yarns and great company — and the numbers are starting to grow! 🙌

A special welcome to Derek, who joined us for his first walk! 👊 Great to have you along, Derek — we hope to see you back again soon.

It’s great to see more people joining us each week, getting out, meeting new people and enjoying some good old-fashioned conversation along the way.

And of course, we finished the night with a great meal and even better company. 🍽️

💛 TOMORROW IS R U OK?DAY

Tomorrow, Thursday 10 September, is R U OK?Day — a great reminder to check in on the people around us, especially our mates.

As blokes, we can be pretty good at saying “Yeah, mate, I’m good” even when things might not be so good.

Sometimes all it takes is one mate to stop and ask:

“Are you okay, mate?”

And more importantly… stick around for the answer.

You don’t need to be a counsellor. You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes just listening, having a coffee, going for a walk or sharing a meal can make a bigger difference than you realise.

👊 Check in on your mates.
👊 Start the conversation.
👊 Listen.
👊 Keep checking in — not just tomorrow, but all year round.

Because no bloke should feel like he has to face things alone.

Three simple words can open a very important conversation.

Last Thursday’s numbers were a little down, but the smiles, laughs and conversations were definitely still there! 👊

It was another great evening getting out, stretching the legs, having a good yarn and enjoying the company of some great people.

And what better way to finish the night than with a great meal and plenty more laughs! 🍽️🍻

A massive thank you to Manly Harbour Boat Club and Manly Boathouse for welcoming us and looking after everyone.

It’s not always about the numbers — it’s about showing up, connecting and enjoying the journey together.

🔥 What an absolute ripper of a Thursday evening! 🔥

Last week’s walk was something pretty special, with Men’s Walk Minnippi, Men’s Walk & Talk Redland Bay and Men’s Walk & Talk Bayside all coming together — and this time, we had the families along for the ride too! 👊❤️

There were plenty of smiles, plenty of laughs, a few kilometres under the belt and, most importantly, some bloody good conversations along the way. 🚶‍♂️🌅

But the night didn’t finish when the walking stopped…

We headed to Manly Harbour Boat Club for Meals with Mates, where the crews and families gathered around the table for good food, great company and even better conversation. 🍽️🍻

It was awesome seeing blokes, partners, kids and families all coming together, sharing stories, having a laugh and making genuine connections.

Because sometimes it’s not about fixing anything.
It’s simply about showing up, having a yarn, listening and letting your mates know they’re not walking alone.

That’s what this community is all about. ❤️

Good walks. Good mates. Good families. Good conversations.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and made the night one to remember.

Another fantastic Thursday evening walk last week very small crew but still had a ball
Big shout as always too ManlyBoathouse for pre-walk drinks and staging, and another big shout out toManly Harbour Boat Club for a very small group of gents for steak dinner 

Come and join us this Thursday, we are doing something a little bit different.
We are starting at 5 pm for drinks and staging at the Manly boathouse, followed by a 5:30 pm start walk, then ending up at Manly Harbour Boat Club for dinner with mates at 6:30pm. This will encompass members from our parent group and our other brother group. Please come and join us spots are filling up fast. Send us a message if you wanna join.

Another superb Thursday evening walk last week, with 3 new walkers. I would like to introduce David, Lorenzo and Dave, hopefully they’ll be back this week to join us for another walk. Big shout out as usual to ManlyBoathouse for pre-walk staging and fuelling and another big shout out to Manly Harbour Boat Club for after walk dinner
