We’ve created a short video to give you a closer look at **Sunnycare Annerley Villa**.

Located in **Annerley, QLD 4103**, our accommodation is designed for people who want more independence and privacy, while still having access to regular support.

Each resident has their **own private self-contained unit**, including:

• Private bedroom and living area
• Private bathroom and toilet
• Small kitchenette
• Furnished unit
• Emergency buzzer
• Onsite support and regular wellbeing checks

💰 **Rent: $330 per week**, including electricity, water and internet.

The accommodation may be suitable for people who:

• Have NDIS funding with suitable support hours or
• Have approved Support at Home funding

🚆 Close to public transport, shops and the PA Hospital

We currently have vacancies available.
