🕊️ It is with deep sadness that we inform our members and friends of the passing of our beloved Life Member, Mr Gamini Weerasinghe, who passed away peacefully in Brisbane on 27 May 2026, surrounded by his family.

A proud Anandian and long-standing member of our community, Gamini lived a full and meaningful life and will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Maroons Charity Walk 2026 ❤️

The Maroons Charity Walk held on 8 March was a great success, thanks to the incredible support from Anandians, their family members and friends, community organisation representatives, and the wider Sri Lankan and multicultural community.

Together, we walked with one powerful purpose — supporting cyclone-affected communities in Sri Lanka through the provision of essential medical equipment to Gampola Base Hospital.

Thank you to everyone who walked with us and made this initiative truly meaningful.
