That’s all, folks. 💌 Assisterhood applications have now officially closed!

We often hear the application process is a wonderful way to reflect on your journey and remember just how far you’ve come. 💜 It takes courage to be vulnerable and put yourself out there, so if you applied – really take a moment now to celebrate that.

Over the next few weeks, our mentors from all four programs will spend time reading applications and deliberating on their mentee selection. Each has their own reasons and individual wisdom to offer.

Here are some things to think about when you’re applying:
📍 Where you are now vs. where you want to be next year. What do you want out of your mentorship?

💜 Try to be honest about your current crossroads or struggles. This isn’t a job application. There’s no wrong answers.

🤖We don’t want to read an AI platform’s words, we want to read yours! If writing isn’t your thing, you can upload a video too.

💫 Don’t be afraid to be proudly yourself. Into crochet? Own a cute cat? Do you volunteer somewhere? Your passions and hobbies can help mentors connect on another level.

Don’t overthink it, just do what feels right and authentic to you. If you’re still stuck, you can always send us a message.
